HARNESSING GROWTH AND OPPORTUNITY IN DEVELOPING MARKETS
Developing Markets Specialists
Our core business is private equity in developing markets. We are a committed partner to enterprising companies which are tapping into the positive underlying dynamics of the countries in which they operate.
We look for strong management teams running excellent companies who require capital to grow and who are keen to diversify their investor base.
Frontier-Invest was established in 2010 and has a client list which ranges from blue-chip companies to start-up businesses.
Our Core Business
We focus on development capital for growing companies. Our business is predominantly Africa based and we have a preference for companies in consumer related sectors, including renewable energy.
Our projects typically involve an operating company with a track record, compelling growth opportunities and an experienced, aligned management team requiring a significant investment to expand their business.
We build strong, long-term relationships with owner/manager teams, employing a hands-on approach designed to help them to transform and grow their companies.
We are committed to corporate social responsibility. We firmly believe companies should have a positive impact on communities and that environmental protection is paramount.
Our co-investors include a range of specialist institutions, DFIs, family offices and HNWIs.

IMPLEMENTATION PLANNING AND TRAINING
With decades of collective experience in developing markets, we are able to provide incisive and tailored insights, guidance and advice.
We provide a consultancy-based service targeted primarily at companies looking to enter a new frontier market for strategic reasons.
We also conduct training in all aspects of the private equity investment cycle and in valuation techniques, customised to the needs and experience of investment professionals. This has been delivered to a broad range of PE funds and DFIs.
We can tailor research projects to specific client requirements, provide insight into a sector or market or augment an existing research team's output.
Our research consultancy services are targeted primarily at financial services firms such as brokers and asset managers either located in or covering developing markets. We will assist in building teams and maintaining productivity to meet clients' demanding standards.
We assist corporate IR teams to manage the flow of information between their company and global market participants with the aim of improving their international profile and generating wider and more accurate investment analyst coverage.
